Visvanik Atelier pieces are crafted in small batches or made to order. Each product page shows the current production lead time; shipping begins right after that window. You’ll receive timeline updates by email.
Yes. We ship globally with tracked delivery. Exact rates and estimated delivery times appear at checkout based on your address and cart weight/size.
We offer free 14-day returns from delivery on eligible items (final-sale Deals are excluded). Items must be unused and in original condition/packaging. Exchanges are processed as a return + new order, so you can pick the right size/color fast.
When your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. You can also view the status in your account. If the email hasn’t arrived, check spam or contact support@visvanik.com
For orders within India, GST is included and shown on your invoice. For international orders, local taxes/duties may be charged by your country’s customs and collected by the carrier upon delivery.
We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net-banking, and popular digital wallets. All payments are processed securely; we never store your full card details.
Each apparel product page includes a size guide and garment measurements. Compare with a similar item you own for best results. If you’re between sizes, our team can advise based on your preferences.

We review applicable safety standards before listing (e.g., BIS IS 9873 for India, EN71 for the EU, ASTM F963 for the US, as appropriate). Age-grading and safety notes are listed on each product page. Always supervise young children and keep small parts away from kids under 3.
We start processing quickly. Email support@visvanik.com with your order number as soon as possible—changes/cancellations are usually possible before shipment. Atelier (made-to-order) items can be cancelled before production begins.
